Vivian A. Schmidt
Volunteer mentor with Rochester Youth Network
- 🇺🇸 Rochester, Minnesota, United States
- Rochester Youth Network
- 2006 to 2020
- English, French
For 14 years I've mentored people in software and finance. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
