Helping people break into trades
- 🇮🇳 Kochi, Kerala, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Kochi Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Vivaan: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
