Vitaly Zaitsev
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇦 Odesa, Odesa Oblast, Ukraine
- Central Trades Guild
- Since 1991
- English, Ukrainian
I've worked in baking since 1991. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 880 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I carry a notebook everywhere.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
