Vitaly Vladimir Shevchuk
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇷🇺 Moscow, Moscow, Russia
- Old Bayview Trades Guild
- Since 1981
- English, French
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Moscow, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Vitaly
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
