Vishal Mittal
Jazz and folk music teacher
- 🇦🇺 Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
- Phoenix Music School
- 2007 to 2019
- English
I play jazz and folk music. I started in 2007 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 9 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Vishal
I wrote my first song when I was 17. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Vishal: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
