Vishal G. Walia

Painter, potter and teacher at The Mount Pleasant Art Collective

I'm a woodcarving artist based in Mysuru. I've been making things from 1984 to 2022 and I still get excited when a new batch of materials arrives. I take the work seriously, though not myself. My studio is always a bit of a mess. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Vishal

If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
