Helping people break into farming
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Since 1990
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Queensway Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Viral
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
