Viraj Mahesh Fernando
Leadership mentor, Colombo
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Colombo Association
- Since 1999
- English, Sinhala
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through Colombo Association.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
