Vipul W. Jadhav
Volunteer mentor with Thane Mentoring Circle
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Thane Mentoring Circle
- Since 1984
- English, Gujarati
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,230 people through Thane Mentoring Circle.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I run most mornings.
