I taught Spanish and drama at St. Mary's High School, Vancouver. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Over the years I had 520 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Violet: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me Spanish in 2010 at St. Mary's High School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected. Truly.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
