Violet Leonard
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Oakland, California, United States
- Since 2014

For twelve years I've run the badminton program at Gateway Sports Club in Oakland. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Violet
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Violet: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
