Violet E. Merritt

Runs the clean-up crews in Bakersfield

  • 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
  • Bakersfield Food Bank
  • 1999 to 2018
  • English
I've volunteered with Bakersfield Food Bank from 1999 to 2018. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave. Small habits keep a team together. I'm still learning every day.
