Viola Caruso
Mentor in leadership and engineering
- 🇮🇹 Bari, Puglia, Italy
- Kilimanjaro Foundation
- 1981 to 2006
- Italian
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,350 people through Kilimanjaro Foundation.
I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
