Baking, done properly

- Old Palermo Works
- 2001 to 2024
- Italian
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Palermo, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Viola
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Viola: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
