Vinod H. Nair
First-generation students mentor, Mumbai
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Learning Hub
- 1979 to 1991
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 520 people through Mumbai Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir.
More about Vinod
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
