I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 720 people through Tiruchirappalli Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vinod: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
