For 30 years I've run the netball program at Surakarta Swimming Club in Surakarta. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Vino
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Vino: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
