I'm a mentor in entrepreneurship. I've spent my career as a shop assistant and now give some of that back.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Vinayak
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vinayak: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
