Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇮🇳 Dwarka, Delhi, India
- Dwarka Youth Network
- 1995 to 2019
- English, Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 620 people through Dwarka Youth Network.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vinayak: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
