Helping people break into engineering
- 🇮🇳 Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India
- Jodhpur Community Trust
- 2004 to 2022
- English, Marathi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Jodhpur Community Trust.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Vinayak
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
