Viliami Mauga
Master of auto repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇿 Manukau, Auckland, New Zealand
- Lincoln Shop
- Since 1998
- English
I've worked in auto repair since 1998. I learned from my mother and passed what I could on to 1,600 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Viliami: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
