Viktoria Gusev

Volunteer mentor with Mount Pleasant Community Trust

🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
Mount Pleasant Community Trust
Since 2015
English, Russian

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 210 people through Mount Pleasant Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I sing in a choir. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Viktoria

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
