Viktor Dmitry Gusev
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇦 Lviv, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine
- Old Rosewood Trades Guild
- 2010 to 2022
- English, Ukrainian, Spanish
I've worked in thatching from 2010 to 2022. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 440 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 25 years later for another job.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Viktor: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
