Carpentry, done properly
- 🇿🇦 Mthatha, Eastern Cape, South Africa
- The Sakura Trades Guild
- Since 1980
- English, Afrikaans
I've worked in carpentry since 1980. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 2,710 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I like to keep things simple and honest.
More about Vikash
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to Vikash: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
