Vikas W. Rawat
Teacher at Andes High School, loves special education
- 🇮🇳 Nizamabad, Telangana, India
- Andes High School
- Since 1988
- English, Hindi
Andes High School is my second home. I teach special education there since 1988, mostly mixed-ability classes.
Over the years I've had 870 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Vikas
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Vikas: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
