Vikas W. Prajapati
Mentor in leadership and farming
- 🇮🇳 Patna, Bihar, India
- Patna Learning Hub
- 1978 to 2014
- English, Hindi
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,160 people through Patna Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Vikas
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
