I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 41 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Vikas
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
What gifts mean to Vikas: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
