Vikas M. Dhawan

Helping people break into small business

  • 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
  • Mumbai Association
  • 1996 to 2020
  • English, Hindi
For 24 years I've mentored people in small business and first-generation students. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

More about Vikas

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
