I've worked in thatching since 1982. I learned from my father and passed what I could on to 2,550 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 15 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Vikas: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.

A small gift is a big thank-you.
