I coached cross country at Nashik Cedar Grove Boxing Gym from 2016 to 2024. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
