Vijay R. Soni

Painter, potter and teacher at Pune Studio

  • 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
  • Pune Studio
  • 1994 to 2009
  • English, Hindi
I work mostly in mural painting, sometimes woodcarving. My first show was in 1994 at Pune Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog. Most of my work is inspired by the people on my bus route. I sing in a choir.

What gifts mean to Vijay: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
