Vijay N. Nadar
Volunteer mentor with Mumbai Association
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Association
- Since 2017
- English, Malayalam
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 210 people through Mumbai Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Vijay
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vijay: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
