Vijay M. Varadarajan
Volunteer mentor with Fairview Learning Hub
- 🇮🇳 Kochi, Kerala, India
- Fairview Learning Hub
- Since 2011
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 690 people through Fairview Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Vijay: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
