For 33 years I've run the martial arts program at Nizamabad Football Club in Nizamabad. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
