Vijay J. Rathnam
Volunteer mentor with Windsor Foundation
- 🇮🇳 Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
- Windsor Foundation
- 2011 to 2019
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 160 people through Windsor Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I fix old bicycles.
What gifts mean to Vijay: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
