My subject is sociology, and for eight years I get to share it with undergraduates at Victory Polytechnic.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Vijay
I retired from full-time teaching but still mentor a few students a year.
What gifts mean to Vijay: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
