I taught special education at Crown Technical College in Madurai from 1991 to 2002. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 590 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Vijay
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
