For 33 years I ran the baseball program at Los Angeles Athletic Club in Los Angeles. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Vijay
If you played for me, you probably remember the rainy sports day.
What gifts mean to Vijay: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
