Vijay D. Bansal
Master of electrical work, now teaching apprentices
- 🇮🇳 Mangaluru, Karnataka, India
- Mangaluru Workshop
- Since 1982
- English
My trade is electrical work. I opened my own shop in 1982 in Mangaluru and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I take the work seriously, though not myself.
More about Vijay
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Vijay: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
