Vijay B. Gounder
Helping people break into trades
- 🇮🇳 Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India
- 2018 to 2025
- English, Telugu
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 300 people through Jabalpur Foundation.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Vijay
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Vijay: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
