Mentor in writing and design
- 🇮🇳 Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 900 people through Baobab Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Vihaan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
What gifts mean to Vihaan: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
