I taught home economics at Sakura Academy in Nashik from 1991 to 2012. Most days I taught Grade 6, and I never turned anyone away.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Vidya
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Vidya: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
