Vida Naana Sackey
Master of welding, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇭 Ho, Volta, Ghana
- Victory Workshop
- 2010 to 2023
- English, Twi
I've worked in welding from 2010 to 2023. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 260 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 19 years later for another job.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Vida: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
