Vida Amponsah
Volunteer mentor with Tema Foundation
- 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Tema Foundation
- Since 2009
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 750 people through Tema Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.
