Victoria Thornton
Engineering mentor, New York
- 🇺🇸 New York, New York, United States

- 1979 to 2003

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,320 people through Queensway Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Victoria
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
