Victoria G. Carr
Farming mentor, Coventry
- 🇬🇧 Coventry, England, United Kingdom
- Coventry Learning Hub
- Since 2006
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,140 people through Coventry Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Victoria
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
