Victoria E. Smith
Volunteer mentor with Nottingham Learning Hub
- 🇬🇧 Nottingham, England, United Kingdom
- Nottingham Learning Hub
- Since 2000
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,200 people through Nottingham Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Victoria
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to Victoria: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
