Victoria D. Whitaker
Runs the disaster relief in Houston
- 🇺🇸 Houston, Texas, United States
- Unity Mutual Aid
- 1997 to 2017
- English
I've volunteered with Unity Mutual Aid from 1997 to 2017. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I'm not an expert in anything, I just show up. I fix old bicycles.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Victoria
We run on goodwill and a very old kettle.
What gifts mean to Victoria: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
