I've coached hockey at Unity Boxing Gym since 1993. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Victoria
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Victoria: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
