Víctor R. Tapia
Mentor in small business and writing
- 🇪🇸 Granada, Andalusia, Spain
- 2010 to 2025
- Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 590 people through Sakura Learning Hub.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Víctor
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
